Le Dome

This elegant restaurant in Aruba offers only a brunch menu and a dinner menu. They emphasize on using the produce which is in season so expect to find asparagus, mussles and even game. The cuisine is European, with an emphasis on Belgian and French dishes. The brunch menu includes items such as cereals, eggs Benedict or fruit salad, Tropical Macaroni Salad or Salade Nicoise as cold appetizers and a wide collection of soups and entrees. The dinner menu includes salads such as Salade de Tomates et Mozarella, Salade Verte or Salad Caesar, a wide collection of soups, sea food dishes , poultry and other meats. Madame Janette

The restaurant was declared Best Restaurant of the Caribbean in 2005, as well as the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2007 and lives up to the awards. This small family restaurant is set in a 175-year old authentic Aruban manor. The restaurant is 18 years old and has offered great dining experiences ever since. The dishes include sea food and other meats prepared with a Caribbean touch. The cold appetizers include a Caribbean cocktail , while the house’s specialty is Eduardo’s Seafood Pot. You can also choose from a collection of Caribbean cocktails which include Mai Tai and Aruba Ariba. Weddings and other special events can be organized at the restaurant.

Located on Laguna Pier, Marandi is an open-air palapa hut with wooden floors. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful views recommends it as a lovely place to have a romantic dinner. The cuisine combines traditional European dishes with American and Caribbean ones in order to offer the guests exactly what they are looking for.
