Hotels in Curacao

hotelThe majority of hotels are located on the south coast, the beach areas and Willemstad, the capital. Most of the hotels are located with popular resorts which means you can benefit from a lot of services but you can also customize your stay and choose only accommodation and meals if you prefer.

Climate and tourist season

Curacao has a semi-arid climate but shares the Caribbean’s weather patterns. The average summer temperature is around 85 F while the winter one averages 81F. The water is warm all year round and the island is perfect for an all-year vacation destination.

Curacao is located outside the “hurricane zone” which means your vacation here won’t be disrupted by tropical storms.

The high season lasts from December until end of March/April, when everything is at their highest. You can save money on the hotel if you plan to visit during the shoulder season: early December and April/May or even during the wet season, since the rain won’t exactly disturb you anyway.
