The tourist industry in not yet well developed in St. Vincent & The Grenadines and the airports receive only flights from the other Caribbean islands. Hence it gets pretty challenging to get affordable plane ticket to St. Vincent & The Grenadines.
Airports and airlines
The main airport E.T. Joshua (SVD) is only served by local Caribbean airlines from the near-by islands.
Leeward Islands Air Transport (LIAT) receives most flights. Most of them come from Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago. Since you can get here from other Caribbean islands, you can fly into the Caribbean on any major US or European airline, such as Continental, Delta, American, KML or British Airways.
Tips to get a cheap ticket to St. Vincent & The Grenadines
Since none of the major airlines offer direct flights into the islands, it’s very hard to find any cheap tickets. However, booking well in advance can save you some money.
