Best Restaurants in the British Virgin Islands

Corsairs

The name says it all: come here for a pirates’ party in the British Virgin Islands! Everything about this place is Caribbean and you’ll love it. The restaurant is located right on the beach and offers the possibility to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. You must try the pirate sandwich which contains peanut butter, cheese, onion and egg. For lunch check out the calamari salad or the fish tacos and for dinner indulge in a fresh whole lobster.

Soggy Dollar Bar

The atmosphere here is just as interesting as where the name comes from and it definitely gets 100 points for originality. The bar doesn’t have a dock so clients swim ashore from their boats. By the time they reach the bar both they and their money are…soggy. The flying fish sandwich is everyone’s favorite especially during the party nights. The Original Painkiller, which is a cocktail, originated here!

But you can also get something very nice to eat here. Do remember to make reservations for dinner though. If you are looking for a romantic day out, the bar’s four-course candlelit dinner includes soup, salad, main course and dessert with coffee or tea. The cuisine is mainly Caribbean but items from other cuisines can be found as well.
